LEGAL
Terms
The terms for using this website and for asking us about early access. No service commitments are made here — those live in a signed agreement, and this page says so plainly.
Last updated: 18 September 2026.
Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Lumi Zone, Łukasz Blania, ul. Zabrska 15, 40-083 Katowice, Poland ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Contact for anything here: lukasz.b@lumizone.pl.
What this website is
This site describes UR Maintain, a computerised maintenance management system for industrial maintenance teams, and it lets you ask us for early access.
Asking for access creates no contract and no entitlement. Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not give you an account, a licence, a place in a queue with a date attached, or any right to the software or to a deployment. A quote, an order or a licence agreement does that, and only in the form we both sign.
What is not a commitment
- The product status page describes what the application did and did not do on the date it was written. It is an honest snapshot, not a warranty, and it is not a delivery schedule.
- The pricing page describes the commercial model — editions, the basis of charging and what differs between them. It is not an offer, and published figures do not bind us to a particular quote.
- Service levels, warranties, support terms and delivery dates exist only where a signed agreement says they do. Nothing on this website creates them.
Product illustrations on this site
The application screens shown across this site are mockups built in HTML and CSS from the product's own interface — not photographs of a running deployment. Where they show figures, they are examples. The status page is the factual statement of what the software does.
Availability of this website
We provide this website as it is, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including individual pages, at any time and without notice. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. This says nothing about the availability of the product itself, which is governed by the agreement covering your deployment.
Using the site properly
You may read the site, link to it, and print or save pages for your own evaluation. You may not attack or overload it, attempt to gain access to anything behind it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, copy its content into your own offering, or present it as your own or imply that we endorse you. We may block traffic that does any of this.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, illustrations, mockups, the UR Maintain name and logo, and the code that renders the pages — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Marks of other products named on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe them. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page you took them from.
Personal data
What the website collects, why, and for how long, is set out in the privacy notice. The contact form is delivered by Formspree, which processes the submission on our behalf.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, from its unavailability, or from reliance on anything published on it, including the status and pricing pages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing in them limits rights you have under mandatory law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and using the site after a change means the updated version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes about them belong to the courts of Poland.
