Manager dashboard
Open work, breakdowns, downtime, PM status and inventory issues, built from the facts recorded on the jobs rather than decorative numbers.
ONE PLACE TO RUN MAINTENANCE
Manage maintenance work, equipment, preventive maintenance, spare parts, inventory and technical information from one connected system.
WORK MANAGEMENT
Create, assign and track maintenance work without losing sight of current ownership and machine state. Breakdowns stay visible alongside planned and day-to-day work.
ASSETS
Open an asset and keep current work, maintenance history, preventive maintenance, technical documents and related parts in the same machine context.
Packaging · Line 4
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Plan recurring maintenance and see what is due, completed or overdue without losing planned work inside the daily workload.
PARTS & INVENTORY
See availability and storage location from the same maintenance system. When a part is used on active work, the issue can stay connected to that job and machine.

DOCUMENTS & SEARCH
Keep manuals, drawings and machine documentation alongside the equipment they belong to. A new revision never overwrites the old one, and the revision marked current is the one the plant issued.
SHIFT HANDOVER
Carry important maintenance context from one shift to the next so the incoming team can see what happened, what remains unresolved and what needs attention.
Drive fault. Electrical team continuing diagnosis.
Running. Belt replacement still required.
Seal ordered. Monitor leak during next shift.
OFFLINE — THE WHOLE SHIFT
A basement, the back of a switch room, a steel hall: the technician keeps working. Defect reports, every job step, photos, inspections, stock movements, PM commands and shift handovers are written to the device first and queued. Walk out of the hall and the queue pushes itself.
REPORTING & CONTROL
The numbers, the notifications and the trail behind every change — and the platform underneath that keeps each plant’s data its own.
Open work, breakdowns, downtime, PM status and inventory issues, built from the facts recorded on the jobs rather than decorative numbers.
Email, push and webhook notifications tell the right people when something changes, and feed your other systems.
Every change is recorded with actor, timestamp and reason, alongside the immutable stock ledger.
Run several plants in one installation. Each plant’s data is separated by PostgreSQL row-level security in forced mode, and site scope limits what each person sees.
Sign-in through Keycloak with PKCE — no password touches the application. Connects to your directory (LDAP, Active Directory, SAML) with multi-factor authentication.
Stage machines and parts from a CSV: every row is checked before anything is written, and a re-run never duplicates. Export your data at any time; a deletion workflow covers the end of a contract.
FOR THE MAINTENANCE OFFICE
The work a maintenance manager is asked about in audits and in front of the plant director — in the same system the technicians use.
Operators report faults without a paid seat: requester accounts are free and are not counted as users. Scanning the QR sticker on a machine opens a short report form without signing in, and the report lands in the maintenance queue against the right machine.
Equipment under technical supervision (UDT) and the periodic inspections the law requires — lifting and pressure equipment, electrical measurements — with the next due date, the protocol attached and alerts ahead of the deadline.
SEP, UDT and training certificates per technician, with the expiry date and the scanned document. Alerts before a qualification lapses, and one list for the auditor.
Every closed breakdown carries a failure code. The Pareto report shows which causes and machines cost the most downtime, and MTBF and MTTR are calculated per machine from the recorded jobs.
A full-screen view for a TV on the shop floor: open requests, machines down and for how long, work in progress. It runs in any browser and refreshes on its own.
A minimum stock per part puts anything below it onto a requisition list, which maintenance reviews and exports for the purchasing department. Simpler than a purchasing module.
ON THE PHONE IN 20 SECONDS
The field client is a web application that installs like an app, starts without a network and updates itself. It runs on the phones your team already carries.
EVERYTHING IN EVERY EDITION
No tier, no add-on module. The same application in the cloud and on your own server — compare it line by line.
42 capabilities, all in every edition — from 25 € per user in the cloud, or every user included on your own server.
SCOPE BOUNDARIES
Saying no is part of the design. A tool that claims all of this ends up doing none of it well.
Not an ERP, not a manufacturing execution system, not a procurement ERP and not a payroll or HR suite. It runs the maintenance department, and it does that without requiring an ERP integration.
It is not a SCADA/HMI front end, not a PLC engineering suite and not a safety or control system. It sends no start, stop or reset command to any machine and implements no safety interlocks. Ever.
No OPC-UA, no MQTT, no sensor fleet to install before the product works. Technicians report what happened at the machine, and the system makes that report cheap to file and impossible to lose.
It does not promise predictive maintenance, does not compute an automatic OEE figure and does not invent numbers to decorate a dashboard. Reliability insight comes from the failure history your team actually records.
The field client is a web application installed from the browser, so it runs on whatever devices your team already carries and updates without an app store.
Data portability is a design requirement, not a favour. Import works today; an export route and deletion workflow are still open items and are stated as such on the product status page.
