EDITIONS & PRICING

Two editions. One product. No feature held back.

Cloud or self-hosted, subscription or licence — the difference is who runs the infrastructure, not what the product can do. Every price below is the price; there is no “contact us to find out”.

All prices are net, excluding VAT.

VAT is added at the applicable rate on the invoice — currently 23% for customers in Poland, with the reverse charge for VAT-registered businesses elsewhere in the EU. Nothing is gated behind a tier: both editions run the same application and the same data model, so an upgrade is never the only way to reach a feature. The demo is free and carries no commitment; you pay only when you buy a subscription or a licence.

MANAGED CLOUD

We host it. You use it.

Priced per user, billed monthly or yearly, from five users. Updates are included for as long as you subscribe.

Cloud

25 € / user / month

Billed monthly, minimum 5 users (from 125 € a month). Cancel whenever you like.

A vendor-hosted subscription: the application, the database, object storage and the identity provider operated for you. Nothing to install on your network and no server to own.

Included in both cloud plans: all product and security updates while your subscription is active, for every user on the plan. There is no separate maintenance fee to stay current. Add users at any time; the minimum of five covers a small team’s technicians, planner and manager.

Requesters are free. Operators who only report faults, including anonymous reports from a machine’s QR sticker, are not counted as users.

SELF-HOSTED

Your servers, your rules. Every user included.

On your own infrastructure you carry the server, the patching and the backups, so we do not count your people. A self-hosted licence covers one installation of the application, with no user limit.

Self-hosted Annual

5 000 € / year

Annual licence for one installation, renewed each year. Unlimited users.

The full application on your own infrastructure for a year at a time, with updates included for as long as the licence is paid. One installation costs the same as about 17 users on the monthly cloud plan — every user after that is free. Your servers, your network, your access policies and your backup destination. The host baseline is on the self-hosted requirements page.

Self-hosted Perpetual

On request

One payment for one installation, unlimited users, the first 12 months of updates included.

Buy it once and use it indefinitely. The licence never expires, and you are never obliged to buy anything else. After the first year, updates stop at the version you hold unless you add them below — that is the only difference from the annual licence. We quote it individually, because the price depends on how many installations you run.

Ask for an offer

One licence, one installation. Each licence covers one running installation of UR Maintain with its own data. A company that wants a separate installation for each of its plants buys a licence for each one; a company that runs one installation buys one.

SELF-HOSTED PERPETUAL

Ask for an offer.

A perpetual licence is quoted individually: the price depends on how many installations you run and on the update and support plan you want after the first year. Tell us the basics and we answer in writing.

CALCULATOR

Cloud or self-hosted: what does it cost you?

Move the sliders to your headcount and horizon. The calculator uses the published net prices above, nothing else; the perpetual licence is quoted individually and is not in it.

Self-hosted costs the same whatever the headcount, so it overtakes the cloud at about 17 users on monthly billing and 20 users on annual billing. Turn on JavaScript to compare your own numbers.

  • Cloud, billed monthly25 € per user per month—
  • Cloud Annual250 € per user per year—
  • Self-hosted Annual5 000 € a year, every user—

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

For larger customers, and for a perpetual licence.

Nothing here is mandatory. Nothing here is required to keep a licence alive.

OptionPriceWho it is for
Perpetual licence: updates and supportContact usA perpetual licence, from year two. Security and product updates, with or without a support channel, quoted together with the licence — ask for an offer. Not needed on a cloud plan or an annual licence, where updates are already included.
Premium Support3 000 € / yearAny edition, for larger customers. Priority help with bugs and problems, alongside the updates where your licence needs them.

On service levels: no response-time guarantee is sold as a contractual SLA today. The availability and performance figures in the product's own documentation are engineering targets, not externally promised service levels, and we would rather say that than put a number in a contract we have not yet measured against.

SIDE BY SIDE

One row above carries an honest caveat rather than a tick: no metrics or alerting backend is deployed, so monitoring is still specified rather than delivered on the managed edition, and yours to build on the self-hosted one. Backup and restore are not in that position — pgBackRest, restic and the reverse proxy exist, and the rehearsal that destroys a deployment's volumes and restores them has been run with its transcript committed. What remains there is operational: keys that nothing escrows or rotates, an off-site copy whose restorability nothing checks on a schedule, and one host until an off-site destination is configured. The security page sets this out in full.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Ask us anything these numbers do not answer.

Several plants, what migration support includes, what happens at renewal — ask, and you will get it in writing before you commit to anything.
