Privacy notice
What this website collects, why it collects it, and the things it deliberately does not do. Written to match what the site actually runs, not a template.
Last updated: 18 September 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
This website and the early-access programme it offers are operated by Lumi Zone, Łukasz Blania, ul. Zabrska 15, 40-083 Katowice, Poland ("we"). For anything in this notice, including any request to exercise a right described below, write to lukasz.b@lumizone.pl.
What this website collects
What you type into the form. The early-access form on the contact page asks for your name, work email and company, and optionally your country, what you are interested in, your maintenance team size and a message. A consent checkbox is required before the form can be sent. There are no accounts, no logins and no payments on this website.
What our hosting provider records. Serving a page means the server sees a request. Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and keeps standard server logs — IP address, time, requested URL and browser user agent — for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies — not even a preference cookie.
- It runs no analytics, no tag manager, no session recording and no advertising or tracking pixel.
- It loads nothing from third-party servers: the fonts, styles, script and images are served from this domain.
- It stores nothing in your browser and reads nothing from it.
- It does not profile you, and it does not sell, rent or share what you send for anyone else's marketing.
Those are limits of the implementation: this is a static site with one local script, and the only outbound request it can make is the one you trigger by submitting the form.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- Answering your enquiry, and early access — on the basis of your consent, given by the checkbox when you submit the form, and of the steps needed before a possible agreement with you. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above; that stops further use, it does not undo what was lawfully done before.
- Server logs — on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure, and in investigating abuse.
Who else sees what you send
- Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) receives the form submission and forwards it to our mailbox. It processes the data on our instructions, as described in its own privacy policy.
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
- Our email provider stores the resulting message in our mailbox.
- Nobody else. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not pass them to any other supplier or partner.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers publish for their own services (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision). If you need the specifics for a review, ask us and we will put them in writing.
How long we keep it
An early-access enquiry — the form contents and the email thread it starts — is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, so that a conversation paused for a season is not lost, and is deleted afterwards. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for its own short retention window and are not copied anywhere by us.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to have its use restricted, to object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Write to lukasz.b@lumizone.pl and we will answer within a month.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) — or to the authority in your own country.
What this notice does not cover
This notice is about this website and the early-access conversations it starts. It does not describe the data inside a UR Maintain deployment: a self-hosted deployment runs entirely on the customer's own infrastructure, where the customer is the controller of that data, and no part of it is sent to us. A managed deployment's own privacy terms will be published before it is operated for anyone.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes that affect an enquiry already in progress will be sent to the address you gave us.
