EDITIONS & PRICING

Two editions. One product. No feature held back.

Cloud or self-hosted, subscription or licence — the difference is who runs the infrastructure, not what the product can do. Every price below is the price; there is no “contact us to find out”.

All prices are net, excluding VAT.

VAT is added at the applicable rate on the invoice — currently 23% for customers in Poland, with the reverse charge for VAT-registered businesses elsewhere in the EU. Nothing is gated behind a tier: both editions run the same application and the same data model, so an upgrade is never the only way to reach a feature. Early access carries no payment and no commitment until you decide to buy.

MANAGED CLOUD

We host it. You use it.

Priced per user, billed monthly or yearly. Updates are included for as long as you subscribe.

Cloud

29 € / user / month

Billed monthly. Cancel whenever you like.

A vendor-hosted subscription: the application, the database, object storage and the identity provider operated for you. Nothing to install on your network and no server to own.

Included in both cloud plans: all product and security updates while your subscription is active, for every user on the plan. There is no separate maintenance fee to stay current.

SELF-HOSTED

Your servers, your rules.

Licensed per installation on infrastructure your organisation controls — with no user limit.

Self-hosted Annual

6 000 € / year

Annual licence, renewed each year. Unlimited users.

The full application on your own infrastructure for a year at a time, with updates included for as long as the licence is paid. Your servers, your network, your access policies and your backup destination. The host baseline is on the self-hosted requirements page.

Self-hosted Perpetual

15 000 € once

One payment, unlimited users. Yours to run without a time limit.

Buy it once and use it indefinitely. The licence never expires, and you are never obliged to buy anything else. Updates stop at the version you hold unless you add them below — that is the only difference from the annual licence.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

For a perpetual licence, and for larger customers.

Nothing here is mandatory. Nothing here is required to keep a licence alive.

OptionPriceWho it is for
Updates2 500 € / yearA perpetual licence, from year two. Keeps you on a supported version with security and product updates for the year. Not needed on a cloud plan or an annual licence, where updates are already included.
Updates + Support3 500 € / yearA perpetual licence, from year two. The same updates plus a support channel for operational questions.
Premium Support5 000 € / yearAny edition, for larger customers. Priority help with bugs and problems, alongside the updates where your licence needs them.

On service levels: no response-time guarantee is sold as a contractual SLA today. The availability and performance figures in the product's own documentation are engineering targets, not externally promised service levels, and we would rather say that than put a number in a contract we have not yet measured against.

One row above carries an honest caveat rather than a tick: no metrics or alerting backend is deployed, so monitoring is still specified rather than delivered on the managed edition, and yours to build on the self-hosted one. Backup and restore are not in that position — pgBackRest, restic and the reverse proxy exist, and the rehearsal that destroys a deployment's volumes and restores them has been run with its transcript committed. What remains there is operational: keys that nothing escrows or rotates, an off-site copy whose restorability nothing checks on a schedule, and one host until an off-site destination is configured. The security page sets this out in full.

Multiple plants, what migration support includes, what happens at renewal — ask, and you will get it in writing before you commit to anything.
